the Toronto Outdoor Club NOTES Thank you for your
understanding and your cooperation as we keep
each other safe during the pandemic. EVENT DETAILS So, I sprained my left ankle .... again. Its beginning to feel better, but its
not 100%, so today I'm going to do a slow easy hike to So, today's 4.5 KM is just a short route traveling between Summerhill Station & Dupont Station.
This hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, grassy fields and gravel paths, which could be covered in ice/snow. In terms of hills, there's one climb of about 25 meters. Sorry, there is no washroom on the hike. We'll aim for a pace of 3.5 to 4 KM/h I usually carry a pair of icers with me from
the first snowfall of the year until the end of
April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack
to deal with any potential ice. | |||||||
