Executive Interim COVID-19 Rules for
the Toronto Outdoor Club NOTES Thank you for your
understanding and your cooperation as we keep
each other safe during the pandemic. EVENT DETAILS So, I sprained my left ankle .... again. Its
beginning to feel better, but its not 100%, so
today I'm going to do a slow easy hike to So, tonight's 4.5 KM hike will be a loop both
starting
and
finishing at Islington Subway Station.
This hike will be primarily on sidewalks, and few paved paths, but they could be covered in ice/snow. In terms of hills, there are none over 25 meters. Sadly, there are no washrooms on the hike, but there is one located in the Bloor-Islington Centre. We'll aim for a pace of 3.5 to 4 KM/h I usually carry a pair of icers with me from
the first snowfall of the year until the end of
April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack
to deal with any potential ice. | |||||||
| |||||||
How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | We'll meet at Islington Subway
Station at
the east
exit to Islington Avenue - also

Bloor Islington Place. For those of you driving, we're
meeting on
the

Bloor. Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt MAP
