Directive From The TOC
Executive Interim COVID-19 Rules for
the Toronto Outdoor Club NOTES Thank you for your
understanding and your cooperation as we keep
each other safe during the pandemic. EVENT DETAILS PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an email that reads "MOVED TO THE WAIT LIST," or don't see you name on the wait list, its because you haven't agreed to the INTERIM TOC COVID-19 Rules. So this is hike I've done all the parts of, but not in this specific route.. So this 11.5 KM route will go from Greenwood Station down the waterfront trail, before heading back through Corktown Commons and up through Riverdale Park to Broadview Station. The majority of this hike is pretty flat. There's one challenging ravine near the start of the hike, just because it's single track, but the majority of the hike is on wide park paths or through neighborhood. Also, the best challenge will be a climb up the stairs out of the Don Trail and up to broadview, which is a flight of stairs and a hill totaling about 40 meters. We'll do a washroom break about an hour and a half into the hike at a Tim Hortons. | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Greenwood Station is located on the Bloor/Danforth Subway Line. For those of you driving, the lone exit for Greenwood Station is located on Linnsmore Crescent, which is 1 traffic light east of Greenwood Avenue and just north of Danforth. Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt at the entrance to the station. Map
