Directive From The TOC
Executive Interim COVID-19 Rules for
the Toronto Outdoor Club NOTES Thank you for your
understanding and your cooperation as we keep
each other safe during the pandemic. -------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- --- EVENT DETAILS PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an email that reads "MOVED TO THE WAIT LIST," or don't see you name on the wait list, its because you haven't agreed to the INTERIM TOC COVID-19 Rules. So, I haven't done this hike for a while, normally I do it as a loop from Rosedale - So trying something new. So, this 13.5 KM hike will start/finish at St. Clair West Station This route will follow along gravel paths, neighborhood sidewalks, single track dirt paths and paved park paths. In terms of hills, there's at least 4, the toughest being a large stair climb near the 5 KM mark on the hike. For those of you who cannot make the entire distance, there will be other options to drop off:
We'll do a washroom stop when we cross Yonge Street a second time near the 5.5 KM mark at a Tim Hortons, about 1.5 hours into the hike. | |||||||
| |||||||
How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | St Clair West Station is located on line 1 Yonge/Spadina. We'll meet outside the entrance on the north side of St. Clair avenue, which is on the side with the Loblaws. For those of you driving, the subway entrance is located on St. Clair, just east of Bathurst on the north side. (Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt) Map
