each other safe during the pandemic. -------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------- --- EVENT DETAILS PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an email that reads "MOVED TO THE WAIT LIST," or don't see you name on the wait list, its because you haven't agreed to the INTERIM TOC COVID-19 Rules. So trying out another new urban hike from one of the new subway stations. This 13 KM will be a loop both starting and finishing at Pioneer Village Station. For those of you who don't wish to walk the entire distance, we will pass Finch West Station, about 5 KM or an hour into the route. The majority of this hike is on paved park paths, so you should be fine with running shoes. There's sadly no washrooms on this hike, however they do have washrooms at the start/finish point. | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Take Line 1, Yonge-University all the way north to Pioneer Village Station. This station is located 4 stations north of Sheppard West and 2 Stations south of Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. We'll meet outside Steeles Exit to the Station, which is beside the regional bus terminal (NOT THE TTC ONE). For those of you who don't know the station, exit the station via the north staircase (if you don't know which is the north staircase, just follow the direction of the northbound train). For those of you driving, address of the entrance is 2800 Steeles Avenue West, which is located on the north side of Steeles between Jane & Keele. There is a TTC parking lot just behind the bus terminal. (Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt) Map
