ABOUT THE HIKE

  • brand new hike for the TOC !!
  • I have walked most of the route, but some parts will be new to me...
  • ....so we may do some exploring (aka turning around if I take a wrong turn)
  • vistas will include forest and open field
  • we will be hiking on a mix of dirt, gravel and some paved paths
  • there will be some hills, but nothing serious
  • some of the hike will be beside Little Rouge Creek which flows into Rouge River farther south than we will hike
  • as usual, we will have a lunch break somewhere on the trail
