A couple years ago I heard about Dangerous Dan's and I wanted to go really badly because I really really really really wanted to see the Quadruple C, Collosal Colon Clogger Combo -- 24oz burger served with a quarter pound of cheese, a quarter pound of bacon, and 2 fried eggs. Also comes with a large shake (flavor of your choice) and a small poutine. Notice how I said see it, not eat it.
My friends all very wisely said no and steered me to other restaurants, but my dream of seeing this magnificent hunk of meat lived on. One day I lamented about my "dream deferred" to Matt. Being the nice guy that he is, or crazy, he offered to go there with me and eat it. If you think you can challenge Matt's appetite or just want to watch this spectacle, please join us. DD does offer regular-sized hamburger and not just behemoths, take a look at their menu. I'll be eating a normal hamburger myself. They even have vegetarian options! And if you don't think you've consumed enough calories, you can try their deep-fried Mars bar. Oh, the gluttony! Afterwards, we will be visiting a hospital. | |||||||
