Night Hike: Lawrence Park to Playter Estates (13.5 KM) (4/22/2019)

Itinerary:

So, I haven't led this hike in 3 years, so I might as well give it a go.

This hike will be primarily be on paved trails, so you can probably manage with a good pair of running shoes. There's a small gravel/dirt section near the beginning, but after that it's all paved.

I only have one really difficult climb on this event and as per normal its right near the end.

Sadly, there's aren't really any available washrooms on this hike, but there are near the beginning and end.


Required Items to Bring:
  • Good footwear, lots of pavement, so running shoes are a good idea
  • Water 1-2 L and snacks
  • Weather appropriate clothing
  • Flashlight / headlight

    Lawrence Subway Station is located on the Yonge Subway Line, two stops south of Sheppard and 6 Stations north of Bloor.

    We'll meet on the North-West corner of Yonge St and Lawrence Ave, right beside the City Market.

    Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt.
