Itinerary:

So today's urban hike will be going from Queen's Quay in the south of Toronto to Greenwood Station in the Monarch Park neighborhood.

This hike will be approximately 10.5 km, primarily walking along paved trails or neighborhoods, however there will be one section that will go through a relatively dark ravine.

The majority of this hike is flat, however there are some challenging stairs pretty close to the end of the hike.

There isn't a washroom close to the start of the hike, but we'll stop at Sherboune Commons just about 1.5 KM into the hike - Maybe 15-20 minutes or so.

So, we'll be meeting on the North-West corner of Bay and Queens Quay, which is just outside of Queens Quay Streetcar Station.

Queen Quay Station can be accessed by taking the streetcar south from Union Station.

Look for the guy holding a highlighter marking attendance.
