X-Country skiing at Sunnybrook/Serena Gundy Park (12/27/2017)

Itinerary:
Meet at Serena Gundy Park for a ski. Note: There are NO ski rentals here. The best way to warm up on a cold day is cross-country skiing! Join me for a ski around Sunnybook, Serena Gundy and the other parks here, around and about the park for a couple of hours. Mostly likely through Serena Gundy to Glendon Forest, and then around Sunnybook a bit. There may some "back-country" style skiing, climbing over logs etc. Ski rentals are available at MEC or EuropeBound.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:We'll meet at the parking lot in Sunnybrook, with the sign Serena Gundy Park. https://www.google.ca/maps/@43.7187777,-79.3562268,17z Driving: From Eglinton Ave East, turn onto Leslie. Immediately turn left into Sunnybrook Park. Follow the road to the right (there is a left option). Pass the signs for Wilket Creak and then turn left into the Serena Gundy Parking Lot Transit: Take the Eglinton bus and get off at Leslie. Turn onto Leslie. Turn left into Sunnybrook Park. Follow the road to the right (there is a left option). Pass the signs for Wilket Creak and then turn left into the Serena Gundy Parking Lot. It is about an 850 metre walk or 15 minutes.
