Walk to Brickworks Farmers Market (2.5 KM) (1/14/2017)

Itinerary:

I'm doing this really short walk for three reasons

  • I've promised my co-worker that the Brickworks has some of the best cinnamon buns and I am to bring him one.
  • I want to check out the new trail along Bayview Avenue (for research for other hikes)
  • I'm taking a pilates class in the area, so might as well tick two marks at the same time.

So, this walk will go from Chester Station and end at Brickworks for about 2.5 km.

From the Brickworks, there are two buses that leave the area. There's a free shuttle bus that goes to Broadview Station and the TTC runs a bus to Davisville Station.

Really, this is just a walk to have an excuse to go to the market at the Brickworks - hope you can come.

  • Good footwear
  • Water 1-2 L and snacks
  • Money for farmers market items
  • Weather appropriate clothing

Event Directions:

Chester Subway Station is located on the Bloor/Danforth subway line. The Station is located 4 stops east of the Yonge line. We'll meet inside the station entrance.
