DISTANCE: 10 km PACE: 5 km/h DIFFICULTY: D3 I have checked and verified that this is the first TOC event ever to have Xylophone or pie in the event name! This hike will take us along the York Beltline and some residential streets, through Prospect cemetery and city parks, ending at Christie Subway Station. One of those parks has 2 large outdoor Xylophones which sound quite interesting regardless of the level of your musical talent, at least they did when I tried them. We will take a break to play them. And the Apiecalypse? It is a vegan take out place with pizza, ice "cream" really good donuts and other baked goods. I am not a vegan, but I like their donuts. Checking out this place is optional. Event Directions: | Eglinton West Subway Station is on the Yonge-
University & Spadina subway line, 4 stops north
of St. George & 5 stops south of Downsview and
is
located at Eglinton West and Allen Rd. Look for
me at the entrance of the station.
