Itinerary:
DAYLIGHT SAVINGS starts this weekend. Don't forget to change your clocks.

First time I'll be doing this hike in the winter. I'm not super strong at hills but here's a chance to get some in (also been a little lazy this winter) and since there's been a huge change in the weather, let's get into High Park!

I plan on starting at Runnymede Station, head into the park, wander around all the different trails, and end back at Runnymede Station 2 hours later. We will stick to the nature trails as much as possible. I do not have a specific route in mind. I hope to go steady 4.5 km/hr pace for the entire 2 hours, taking short breaks at the top of some of the larger hills.

Please be aware that this is meant to be challenging walk, not a stroll.

Total distance should be about 8 km.

Please arrive on time as we will be leaving within five (5) minutes of the start time.
