ROM Walk - Parkdale (6/20/2007)

Itinerary:

The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) offers free guided walks in the summer on Wednesdays and Sundays. We will join this tour as part of a larger group.

This walk will take us around the historic Parkdale neighbourhood. We will be walking for 1.5 to 2 hours, so please wear comfortable shoes.

Highlights of the tour include St. Mark's Anglican Church, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Masaryk Hall, Melbourne Mews and the homes of Mazo de la Roche.

After the walk we will stop for refreshments in the neighbourhood.

This walk will take place rain or shine!

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Meet at Queen St. West and Brock Ave. (on Queen about halfway between Dufferin and Lansdowne). We will join the ROM group there (the ROM guide will have a blue umbrella).

Notes:
Dogs are permitted but must be on-leash and well-behaved during the tour, as we will be joining a larger public group.
