Itinerary:
We will be renting a pontoon boat that will hold a maximum of 9 persons. We will be fishing for the morning. This is not mandatory you can enjoy the ride and the view. We will have lunch in the park so feel free to bring your own supplies such as blanket sleeping bag, food and refreshments or anything else that makes your day. For those who would like we will continue to fish and cruise around the lake. There is also a chip shop for those who would like to buy their lunch.

Those who will be fishing must have a fishing rod and licence. Matt E is running a similar event in parallel, we will carpool and travel together.


Required Items to Bring:
Hat, sunscreen, water, lunch, fishing rod and your favorite lure.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
A book, swimsuit, blanket, hat, glasses and refreshments.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Hwy. 401 east to Exit 464 (County Rd. 28) at Port Hope. Follow County Road 28 north for 12 km to Northumberland Rd. 9 at Bewdley. 5103 Rice Lake Drive, Bewdley Ontario the B.J. Tackle is our meeting destiation.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $59.34 (calculated at total Km * $0.258, effective Friday, May 10, 2024). This is based on $0.08/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divide by 9. Your event coordinator will confirm exactly how much money is required from each person.

Notes:
Life jackets will be provided. Matt is also running a similar event but will be taking his 12-foot boat out.
- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the TOC's possession by that date. No exceptions.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with full refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where TOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refund of money if you cancel.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in TOC events.
