The terrain is easy.
Distance = 6, 9 or 12k.
Pace = 5 kph MODERATE

I don't have a cell phone, no texting, so please don't be late.

Meet at Queen's Quay Ferry Terminal, 9:45 AM, inside after you pay.

Arrive by 9:45 AM as there probably will be a long line up for tickets.
We will take the 10:15 AM ferry to Ward's Island. The ferry leaves precisely on time.

Depending what people want to do, if a few want to walk back to Ward's Island, we can go to the Rectory Cafe'.

6k = return Ferry from Hanlan's Point
9.5k = return Ferry from Centre Island
11.5k = return Ferry from Ward's Island

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

The Ferry Terminal is at the bottom (south end) of Bay St, and Queens Quay. Keep walking south from Queens Quay, towards the water.

We will meet inside the terminal, after you pay. If there are a lot of people, we'll meet on the left, close to the washrooms. One adult fare is $7.00 for a return ticket.

The ferry costs $7.00 for a return ticket. You pay once at the terminal. When you are ready to leave the island you just get on a ferry; you don't need to show a ticket.
