Itinerary:

Let's hike along the Humber River
26k along a mix of paved, gravel, and dirt forest paths.

DISTANCE: 26k

PACE: about 5.5 km/h

DIFFICULTY - D4

We'll start and end at Old Mill Subway Station

This is the route we will take.

  • start out from Old Mill Subway Station
  • follow the path north along the Humber River
  • check out some great graffiti under the 401 bridge where it crosses the Humber
  • lunch break in the area
  • hike back to Old Mill Subway Station

P.S. The Humber River Recreational Trail continues up to Steeles.
A future hike of mine will start at Old Mill Subway Station, go to Steeles,
then all the way back for a 44 km hike!!

Old Mill Subway Station is located on the Bloor/Danforth Subway line, 12 stops west of St. George and 3 stops east of Kipling.
