We'll start at the Ken Whillans Resource Management Area, on Hwy 10, just north of the Rail Trail Bridge, and take a reasonably easy walk south-west along the Caledon Rrail Trail past Inglewood and the Caledon Golf Club. We'll walk for maybe 4km or so and then return to our start point. Hopefully, we'll hear - and maybe see - some of the winter residents, such as Blue Jays, Chickadees, and Woodpeckers, that live in the woods at the base of the Niagara Escarpment in this area.
We will meet at the Brampton Soccer Centre and then carpool to the start of the event. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for winter walking conditions. If there is enough interest, we'll stop off for refreshments after the hike.
