Itinerary:

This out and back hike is in the Wilderness Section of the Ganaraska Trail. The Ganaraska wilderness is noted for its roughness and the poorly marked nature of the trail.

This hike is suitable for strong intermediate or advanced hikers. Hikers coming on this event are expected to have D5 level experience.

We will be heading to the Devil's Lake Parking Lot and will do a there and back hike, distance depending on trail conditions. Note that there will be some beaver dam crossings; hikers must be prepared for wet feet! A change of shoes and socks is advised for the end of the hike in case of issues at the beaver dams.

Those willing to drive, regular D5 hikers and members with favourable attendance records will be given preference on the waiting list Passengers will be added as drivers become available.
