According to the info Niagara website, the landscape in the Short Hills area is quite unlike anywhere else in Niagara. It has been moulded into a jumble of small but steep hills and valleys by the last ice age. Oh, Short Hills, I get it!

There are several trails within the park and we'll start by doing trails 4.5.6. A more complete description can be found on the Toronto Hiking website, as usual providing invaluable information that is lacking in Southern Ontario. It is part of the Bruce Trail system.
