Itinerary:

We will be doing an trail run - NOT hiking - of approx. 12k through the Luther Marsh Wildlife Management Area at the headwaters of the Grand River.

The marsh is one of Southern Ontario's more significant wetlands, and trails will pass through grassy areas and around a mallard pond. After the run, if there is interest, we may extend the event to explore further.

All participants must have running experience to come on this event; the coordinator will be confirming this with each runner.

Due to the time of year and the area, please come prepared for wet and/or muddy conditions.

-appropriate running clothing (i.e. no cotton

-wind and water shell/jacket
