Itinerary:
There is a weekly Reiki event and delicious organic/vegan lunch event held at High Park.

Reiki is a healing modality that uses universal energy to balance the chakras and restore health, harmony and longevity. Rei=Source and Ki=Universal Energy.

In this interactive hands-on workshop, participants will learn to cultivate awareness on the power within their own vessels to heal themselves and others. The workshop will begin with a guided group meditation and close peacefully with a gratitude and circle of care and compassion.

There will be a delectable, Organic and Vegan picnic following the workshop where everyone can sit back, mingle and enjoy.

This will be a rain or shine event. Please meet at High Park in the gazebo at the North west corner of Colborne Lodge Drive and Spring Road near the Big Rock.

Please sign in with me, Mike K. when you arrive - I will be wearing a TOC t-shirt.

You will pay your fee for the workshop and meal directly to the event host.
