Itinerary:

This is a beautiful hilly hike.

We will be hiking a loop of the main Bruce Trail for a total distance of about 40km.

Participants must have completed a D5 hike with the TOC to come on this hike. This hike will be at a pace of 5-5.5km/hr.

This route will go up and down the Escarpment and pass by a few waterfalls. There will be some great lookouts so bring your camera!

The TTC subway does not start running until 0600 on Saturdays so you may need to plan an alternate mode of transportation to get to the listed event carpool location on time. Check out the new TTC Trip Planner to figure out the best way to meet up on time with your coordinator. You can specify the time at which you need to ARRIVE at your destination, and it is recommended that you put in a time at least 15 minutes before the scheduled TOC event departure time.

Note that this hike is a decent drive away; for this reason, we have an EARLY carpool!

Note: This hike will run rain, shine or snow.
