Itinerary:
This is part two to the Introduction to Geocaching. However, as it is more interactive, I will only be able to take a limited number of people on this first hike. I will repeat the hike more often than I'll repeat (if ever) the lecture, though!

Join me after the lecture for a 10+ km urban hike to hunt down geocaches. During this hike, we will get to find three different major categories of caches: traditional, earth, and virtual. Many of the caches will be slightly off-trail, so proper footwear is a must!

We will depart from, and end up, at the library. We'll attempt to find approximately 13+ caches on our way. If you own a handheld GPS, bring it along! It's not mandatory for this hike however, as I'll have mine with me and we will take turns, in groups of two, to search for the treasure.

This hike will go rain or shine!!

For those interested, we may make a pub stop at the end of the hike for a bite to eat.
