This is a good practice exercise for hiking, backpacking, general outdoor adventure and fitness. Start at the level you are comfortable with and work your way up (just remember it's supposed to be training so it ought to be a bit tougher to do). Good training for your hikes/backpacking trips to come or just to improve your overall stamina. In the span of an hour, we will complete the circuit between 4-8 times....did someone say, 10 circuits? It is not a race, some people will be able to do this circuit more than others, but come on out and test yourself and take pride in your efforts. Following the exercise routine and time permitting, we'll head over to the corner of Bathurst and Sheppard for some refreshments and cold drinks. Take the |
