Itinerary:

So we'll be hiking across the city starting from Kennedy Subway Station, at the Passenger Drop Off entrance.

We will be walking 20 km in the city, but preferably I would like the entire group to make the journey.

This is not power walk, this is an endurance hike, but please ensure that you will be able to walk a pace of 4.0-4.5 KM for 20 KM

If you can't commit to that distance or speed, please allow others to sign up for this hike.

We will follow this route

  1. Depart Kennedy Subway Station
  2. Travel west along hydro corridor
  3. North through Charles Sauriol Conservation Area
  4. West to Edwards Gardens
  5. South to Sunnybrook Park
  6. North-West through Sherwood and Bythwood Park
  7. Finish at Lawrence Subway Station

Then anyone who wants to join me for a sit down and coffee is welcome to do so.

There will be a couple hills on this hike.

Total Distance = 20 KM
