Night Hike: Central Ravines REMIX (11 KM) (3/7/2011)

Itinerary:

I'm a little bored of the other route, so we will be following the old Belt Line with a new start point and new finishing point.

There will be a couple hills on this hike to challenge us as we move towards our destination. ONE HILL WILL BE STEEP

The hike is about 10 km overall and we will aim to hike at 4km-4.5 per hour, just so we can keep warm. But really, your welcome to go at whatever pace you feel comfortable at.

We will follow this path:

Depart from Glencairn Station
South to Belt Line
Detour around Mount Pleasant Cemetery
Follow the Vale of Avoca ravine south
Around the Brickworks
Up hill at Clorey Park
South to Sherbourne Subway Station

This hike will be 11-12km, We will follow the Belt Line and Central Ravines Discovery Walk

You are suggested to bring a flashlight or headlight for this trip.

Glencairn Subway Station is located on the Spadina subway line, one stop north of Eglinton Subway Station. Look for me at the north entrance of the station.
