Itinerary:
Are you bored by your dull, every day, usual routine? Are you looking for something to spice up your life? Does the thought of being tied up and hanging upside down intrigue you?

Look no further than this exciting event -- aerial silks lesson! What's aerial silks? Think Cirque du Soleil and their beautiful balletic acrobats on fabric hanging from a ceiling. Aerial silks is a fun, creative, and exciting way to exercise. It's a total body work out.

You will learn basic aerial silk positions and movements in a fun and safe environment from a great instructor at Centre of Gravity. You can take either Session A or Session B, or both! It's an addicting activity, just ask Lillian.

Don't worry about not having any upper body strength to do aerial silks. Although aerial silks does rely on some upper body strength, you will see that it really targets the abs and the core. Aerial silks also works at increasing your flexibility.

Wear clothes that fit relatively close to your body but still allow a wide range of motions. You will be in your bare feet. Please do not have excessively long and/sharp fingernails (or toenails) as they can tear and damage the fabric.

Arrive at Centre of Gravity (1300 Gerrard St. East) at 6:30 in order to complete administrative business, and to change clothes if need be.

The lesson starts promptly at 7 pm. It ends at 8 pm.

If you have any questions about the activity, please contact Lillian via email at regardingon@yahoo.com. Do not call her. She lives in New York. Yes, you will be charged for an international call if you call her. If you have questions about registration or payment, please contact president@torontooutdoorclub.com
