Itinerary:
Seaton Hiking Trail used to be a challenging one just a couple of years ago. The rolling terrain alone is going to make you sweat. Still no printed trail map or guide is available but the trail has been improved a lot recently. Boardwalks have been added over muddy terrain, log steps while handrails make up hill a little easier, and the trail is well marked now, so you'll know how close you are to the next section. Hey, I even hiked this trail at night a few times. So it's not an advanced trail any more.

I'll stroll at a medium pace around 3.5 k/hr. The intention of this hike is not only for the fitness but for the enjoyment of natural environment especially the spring flowers along the trail. There will be no breaks but will be stops according to the group dynamics (stops for changing clothing etc., usually less than 1 minute). Fast hikers will be asked to stay with the group, or wait up ahead at intersections for the rest of the group to catch up.

The plan is to have enough cars to park half of them at the end point and shuttle back to the start point.
