Itinerary:
A new fitness craze is spreading over the world - HOOPING!

Yes, hula hoops. Remember those big plastic circle things you mastered twirling as a kid? They're back, adult-sized and ready for action.

Hooping is described as "a high-energy cardio workout that tones your core, arms and hips". Bonus: IT'S FUN!

I have booked a local hooping instructor for a private 1 hour lesson to take place at a studio located at Bathurst and Bloor. You do not need any previous experience but do come armed with comfortable workout clothes and a good attitude.

The lesson will start promptly at 2:30, so please arrive on time and ready to groove.
