Itinerary:
It is Monday!!! The Gym will be too crowded, so the best way to work out, burn that extra-calories from the weeking feast and start a new week is a hill conditioning session.

A nice hill in Pottery Road will be waiting for us. The up/down loop is just 1 mile (1.6km), so easy for you to keep track of your workout.

You will set-up your own pace, you can come and walk it up and down, or power-walk it, or jogging it or if you like the extreme, just come and run it up and down wearing ankle weights and a 70L backpack!!!!

How many loops? As many as you want. You are welcome to drop-off early if you are tired, or stay more time.

Days will be getting shorter, bring your flash-light if you are staying beyond 9:00pm.

IMPORTANT: Please sign-un for this event ONLY if you are a WEATHER-Proof hiker. This event will run under the sun, the rain or the snow. You must have a 100% commitment of assisting this event regardless of weather conditions.
