Itinerary:
Come and develop your cardio / stamina in this conditioning / punishment session. This will NOT be a slow walk. We will be faster than 5km per hour.

Please notice that the trail conditions on this event are really less rough than any trail in the Wilderness. Do not assume that you are ready for the wilderness, especially my D4 events in the Bruce Trail that for sure will be more demanding

The Pace will be set by the fastest person hiking in the group, the others (including me) will try to catch him/her. You are allowed to light jogging / running only to catch-up with the faster hiker.

You are by your own, if you get separated from the rest of the group. Do not panic you still will be in the city: take the TTC,a cabs or call a friend. No search rescue team will be looking for you and no 911 call will be made. The faster hikers will not wait for anyone in intersections.

If you are really tired, feel free to drop-off at any point of the trail, just tell me, or if you do not see me, just leave a message in my voice mail.

Breaks: You can take as many as you want, but no one will stop for you; you need to catch-up with the rest of the group. The itinerary will be:

  1. Go south of High Park by the inside trails.
  2. Take the Lakeshore boarwalk toward west
  3. Cross Humber Pedestrian Bridge
  4. Follow the Humber River Discovery Walk (South Humber Park, King Mill Park) until Old Mill.
  5. Follow Humber river north by the east side until Old Dundas
  6. Cross Dundas bridge and follow the west side of Humber River south until the Lakeshore
  7. Entrance back to High Park by Grenadier's Pond
  8. Follow the Wendigo creek north until the starting point

We will not have sunlight during all the trail, remember to bring your flash-light
