ROM Walk: Sacred Stones and Steeples (6/17/2009)

Itinerary:

The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) offers free guided walks with a historical emphasis. This walk will take us to sacred buildings from Christian and other faiths, including St. James Cathedral, Metropolitan United Church, St. Michael's Cathedral and St. George's Greek Orthodox Church.

Meet at Church and King Sts at 5:50 PM; we will join the larger public group for the walk at 6 PM. Dogs are permitted on-leash. Afterwards, we will go for a TOC-only drink/chat in the area if there is interest.

- Comfortable walking shoes

How to Get There:
Event Directions:By TTC: Church St is a short walk east (3 blocks) from King Subway Station; the King streetcar also runs past Church St.
