Itinerary:

We will leave the carpool at 9:00 a.m., arrive at Hardwood Ski and Bikes, and pick up our rental skiis. We will have a one-hour ski lesson, and then have the rest of the day to ski!

If you already know how to ski and do not want the lesson, or do not need to rent skis, you may still attend this event.

There’s a chalet where people could warm up, or buy something to eat. The latest that we would leave Hardwood is 5:00, to arrive back at Downsview around 6:30. If people have the energy, we could head over to Chalkers for some post-skiing fun.

If you have never been cross-country skiing, or if you haven’t been skiing in a while, then this is the perfect trip for you. The one-hour lesson will be a very helpful start to the day, and Hardwood offers a wide range of ski trails from the beginning to the elite racer.
