Itinerary:
Many spiritual teachers remind us that it is possible to practice and connect to a higher purpose, a loving purpose, through yoga. Sarah Calvert is a Kundalini yoga teacher & she is offering a workshop that will expand your conception of love and allow your heart to open wide! This workshop will work on kriyas and meditations, music and artistic activities to open the heart centre and help you to cultivate SELF love and SELF care.

An open mind & your creativity!
Loose fitting clothing that you can layer.

You can choose to wear your gear OR to bring it with you and change at the location.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:We will meet at 11:45 at the Lettieri - a coffee shop at 441 Queen Street West. It is on the South-East corner of Queen Street West and Bathurst. We'll have 30 mins. or so to chat over coffees/green chai lattes before heading to the workshop. www.lettiericafe.com The workshop will be held from 12:30-3:30 at a nearby location (LUCID: 51 Wolseley St. Suite #302).
