Itinerary:
What is the TOC all about, well like everything for me it's about contributing to a healthy lifestyle, whether it be getting outside for a walk and learning about our great city, busting your @ss on an intense hike in the wilderness or just taking in the wisdom of others while keeping an open mind about all things healthful. The Society for Orthomolecular Medicine and Mental Health is having a nutritional presentation called "The Brain-gut connection".

I'm thinking I'm going to learn more about how to manage cravings, three weeks to eliminate and interest in fried food, chocolate, or salty snacks, whatever your vice, manageing cravings can help you reach your goals. But alas I don't exactly know the context fo this one.
