Itinerary:

Jump off a platform 30 ft in the air. Hang upside down on the swinging bar, from your knees. Do back flips in the air before landing in the ultra soft and bouncy net.

Hanging from a bar with your legs sounds easy doesn't it? Sure, we've all done it on the playground. It's just a taaad more difficult to get your legs through your arms and hook them on a bar - WHEN YOU'RE SWINGING BACK AND FORTH THROUGH THE AIR! Physics and all...

There are excellent instructions (coaching) called out to you throughout and to get you to do your back flip and release. You are in a harness, attached to several safety devices and so there's little chance of getting hurt. And yet, it's still quite a rush! You should be in fairly good physical condition as it is a bit of a workout. Sit-ups might be a good idea. Holding on with your legs, definitely works the thigh and calf muscles too, so stretching those in advance is recommended. Oh, and this is all done in bare feet.
