Itinerary:

This 12.5 KM hike will both start and finish at Pioneer Village Subway Station.
This hike will be on paved trails mostly through parks with some sidewalks and we will walk at a moderate pace.

There is a washroom at Pioneer Village station, access is outside by the buses (north side). I am also planning a washroom break about half way into the hike.

The hike is on rain or shine.

This hike is a little longer so bring a snack and we will take a break about 2/3 into the hike.

  • How to Get There:
    Event Directions:

    Pioneer Village Station is locate on Line 1. One stop north of York University Station.

    We are meeting in front of the station on the NORTH SIDE of Steels.

    For those of you driving, there is a Green P lot at the station, again on the NORTH SIDE of Steeles (off Settler Rd.)
    There is a washroom on the outside of the North station Platform where the buses pick up.


    Notes:

    Please ensure that you check the 'TTC service updates website' for any potential closures.

    Please arrive on time, I will turn off my cell phone once the hike begins.
