Itinerary:

So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for today.

This 13.5 KM hike will go between York Mills & Lawrence Station

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, grassy fields, single track dirt trails and paved paths

In terms of hills, there should be about 3 climbs of 50 meters.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at Edwards Gardens, located about 6.5 KM into the hike.

Post hike if anyone's interested, I might go to Brewing Brokers for a coffee, if you'd like to join.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LINE 1 IS CLOSED BETWEEN ST ANDREW & ST CLAIR WEST STATION THIS WEEKEND

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.

    Event Directions:

    York Mills Subway Station is located on the Yonge Subway line, seven stops north of Bloor.
    We will meet on the North East corner of Yonge/York Mills.
    If its raining or cold, I'll just be inside the York Mills Centre.

    For those of you driving, there's a parking lot located just south of York Mills on the east side of Yonge Street.
