Itinerary: | |||||||
Welcome to my Hike For A Pint Series, where
we'll
be walking to
either a brewery
or interesting pub in the city.
You must be 19 or older to sign up for this hike. Today's 8 KM hike will traverse between Runnymede Station to a mystery pub near the corner of Dufferin & King. If you register for this
event,
I'm going to ask
that you come to the pub because:
This hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, paved park paths and gravel trails. In terms of hills, there are a few staircases, but nothing too crazy. In terms of washrooms, we'll stop at 3 KM into Budepest Park. I usually carry a pair of icers with me from
the first snowfall of the year until the end of
April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack
to deal with any potential ice. | |||||||
| |||||||
How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | Meet @ the Runnymede Road exit of the Runnymede Subway Station. NOTE: Do not meet in front of the Kennedy Road exit or else you won't find me Runnymede Subway Station is located on the Bloor Subway line, 10 stations west of St. George and 5 stations east of Kipling. For those of you driving, the
subway
entrance is located on the east
side of
Runnymede, just north of Bloor.
