Itinerary: | |||||||
So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for this evening. This 7.5 KM hike will travel between Sherbourne & Davisville Station. The hike will be on a combination of neighbourhood sidewalks, wide gravel trails, single track dirt trails and single track decommissioned railway tracks. In terms of hills, there should be 1 climb of 25 meters and 1 flight of stairs of 25 meters. Sadly, there's no where to stop for a washroom on the hike. Typically, I just come early and use the McDonalds located about a block west of Sherbourne Station. I usually carry a pair of icers with me from
the first snowfall of the year until the end of
April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack
to deal with any potential ice. | |||||||

How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | We'll meet at the south-east corner of
Sherboune & Bloor, just outside of
Sherboune exit of Sherbourne Subway Station.
Sherbourne Subway Station is located on Line 2, one stop east of Bloor-Yonge and two stops west of Broadview. For those of you driving, there's a parking lot located on Selby Street, which is just one block south of Bloor, just west of Sherbourne. Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt. MAP
