Itinerary:

So, I'm excited as have a massage today, but I think I can squeeze in a short hike in the area before it starts.

This 7 KM hike will both start and finish at Lawrence Subway Station.

PACE: We'll aim for a pace of 4- 5 km/h

This hike will be on a combination of paved sidewalks, single track dirt trails and wide park paths.

In terms of hills, there are about 4 climbs of about 25 meters.

Sadly, this time of the year, the public washrooms in the park are closed.
However, I would recommend using the one in the City Market, located beside the subway station.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
