EVENT DETAILS

So, I'm recovering from an ankle injury, so this is just a short hike for me to get out and get some exercise, without hurting myself too badly.

This 5.5 KM hike both start and finish at York Mills Station.

We'll aim for a quicker pace of 4.5-5.5 km/h

The majority of this hike will be on wide gravel trails, with a few grassy fields and some paved sidewalks

In terms of hills, there's short, but kinda steep hill that we'll go down at the beginning and come up at the end.
Its a bit sketchy in the dark.

There won't be any washrooms on hike. However, there are washroom inside the York Mills Centre located at the beginning/end of the hike.

I usually carry a pair of icers with me from the first snowfall of the year until the end of April, so I recommend having a pair in your pack to deal with any potential ice.
You can find the pair I use, 'here from Amazon'.
