EVENT DETAILS Welcome to my Hike For A Pint Series, where
we'll
be walking to
either a brewery
or interesting pub in the city.
You must be 19 or older to sign up for this hike. Today's hike will traverse 2.5 KM from
Queens Quay Streetcar Station to a mystery
location near
the intersection of
Cherry & Front.
If you register for this
event,
I'm going to ask
that you come to the pub because:
The majority of this hike will be on paved park paths and neighbourhood sidewalks. In terms of hills, well its pretty flat. No washrooms on the hike, but its a short walk. There are washrooms located in the building next to Queens Quay Station as well as at the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. We'll aim for a pace of 4-5 km/h. | |||||||
| |||||||
How to Get There: | |||||||
Event Directions: | So, we'll be meeting on the North- West corner of Bay and Queens Quay, which is just outside of Queens Quay Streetcar Station. Queen Quay Station can be accessed by taking the streetcar south from Union Station. For those of you driving, the address for the station is 10 Bay Street. Look for me in the BLUE Toronto Outdoor Club shirt. MAP
