EVENT DETAILS

So, on August 10th, I sprained my left ankle. I've spent the last month letting it heal and am ready to start hiking again.
However, I can't rush back into it, so I'm going to lead a few short/slow 'rehab' hikes as I begin to feel better.

So, today's 5 KM is just a short route from Davisville to Eglinton West Station.

This hike's pretty flat, which makes sense as the Belt Line used to be a railway.

There's won't be any washrooms along the way, but at Davisville I typically will do go to the Tim Hortons to use their facilities.

As I'm recovering from an injury, we'll aim for a slower pace of 3.5 to 4 KM/h
