This is a real gem of an event! If you've never done the Ride For Heart, I can't stress enough how great this event is. It's such a great feeling to pedal along these highways. The Don Valley is bursting with early summer green. It's a great bit of exercise and you can choose to do either the 25K or 50K length. Just remember to register at the heart and stroke website NOW so you get your registration materials and your sticker mailed to you. I've registered as a group leader with the group being, "Toronto Outdoor Club". So when you register, please state that you are part of the Toronto Outdoor Club group.

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT AT www.heartandstroke.ca/rideforheart

We'll meet at the Princes' Gates at 7:45AM and then cycle through Exhibition Place to the starting line-up. From there it's down the Gardiner and up to either Bloor (25K) or York Mills (50K) and back.
