EVENT DETAILS

So, I've randomly selected this hike out of my personal hiking database for today.

This 12.5 KM hike will both start and finish at Lawrence Subway Station.
Some interesting spots include

  • 'Sherwood Park'.
  • 'Sunnybrook Park'.
  • 'The Neighbourhood of Lawrence Park'.

    • This hike will be on a combination of dirt/gravel/paved trails and neighborhood sidewalks.

    Probably about 2 challenging climbs on this route, and a few smaller ones.

    We'll do a washroom stop at the sunnybrook hospital about 45 minutes into the hike.

    We'll aim for a pace of 4-5 km/h.

    • How to Get There:
    Event Directions:

    Lawrence Subway Station is located on the Yonge Subway Line, two stops south of Sheppard and 6 Stations north of Bloor.

    We'll meet on the North-West corner of Yonge St and Lawrence Ave, right beside the City Market. If its cold or wet, I'll be just inside the station doors.

    In terms of parking, there's free parking on Lympstone Ave, which is one block south of Lawrence, east of Yonge & on St Edmunds Dr, which is one block east of Yonge Street, south of Lawrence.
