ABOUT THE HIKE
The Seaton Trail is a great hike that is not a long drive from the city. I have hiked on it over 40 times.
This is a "there and back" hike on a dirt path through the forest along West Duffins Creek.
There will be many hills to climb,
We will ford a river!! (hopping from boulder to boulder)
a few sections may be muddy and there are rocks and roots on the trail,
good hiking boots/hiking shoes are highly recommended.

Expect the high possibility of seeing geese or trout (in the sky and river, respectively).
We'll stop for a lunch break on the trail
