PROPER ICERS ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS HIKE. If your icers have the metal spirals (such as Yaktrax), throw them out. Proper icers for forest trails must have sharp metal points to dig into the ice. If you don't have proper icers, get some. There are some VERY STEEP hills. If the trails are icy, without ICERS you might fall on your face or slide into a tree and require a trip to the hospital! Please do not show up for the hike without PROPER ICERS See the notes at the bottom of this page for icer type information Hopefully I have made my point! BE PREPARD FOR TWISTS AND TURNS AND UPS AND
