Let's hike south along the Humber River to the lake, around the Humber Bay Park West area, then over to High Park. 19k along mainly paved paths, most beside the lake. DISTANCE: 19k PACE: about 5.5 km/h DIFFICULTY - D4 We'll start at Old Mill Subway Station and end at High Park Station. This is the route we will take.

Old Mill Subway Station is located on the
Bloor/Danforth Subway line, 12 stops west of St.
George and 3 stops east of Kipling.
